Hi, Barb,Dick and Kevin~ I felt so bad when I heard about Kevin! You're very much on my mind and in my heart these days. I am inspired by the way you are handling this and am keeping you in my daily prayers. I called Alice on Friday, she left for Mexico Saturday forenoon. She is praying for you. Also forwarded your blog to your cousin Betty. Keep your spirits up! Love, Winnie

Hi, Barb, Dick, and Kevin - and all
So glad to finally hear from you! Figured you were not wanting phone calls - would really like to talk, if you would - if you think it would be useful - we would like to help - you know that!!!! Our prayers are definitely with you!

We are praising the Lord that you gave that update that the results came back as Hodgkins! Oh that is good news, if there was good news to be found in this! And I know how that is! You had mentioned to me that it is "just good to know what you are dealing with" - and that is what it comes down to, doesn't - in a weird sort of way, it is a relief to know that you KNOW WHAT IT IS - and now you even better you know which of the WHATS it is!

Blog is great! We will keep up with it - and continue to hold you all up in prayer - we definitely want to walk with you on this journey! with much love (Harold and Diana)

Hey Kevin, Dick & Barb. Lots of positive energy heading your way. Tom's nephew Jamie (who is now 31), was diagnosed with Leukemia when he was 17 and a student at Cathedral. That year was full of challenge but with the love and support of family and friends he did well. He is now married with a child 1 1/2 years old and another on the way. I know it's a different form of cancer, but those doctors really have it together. My Tom is 3 1/2 years since his cancer surgery and then there is Nic. Success surrounds you. Hang in there. it's gonna be o.k. love Mel & Tom
