Kill Bill at the top of my list

A movie has now come along to replace Fight Club as my all time favorite flick. Okay - Okay - I'm probably a bit behind the times with this, but I just watched Kill Bill Vol. 1 last night and I don't think I blinked. Have you seen this movie? Mo'Fuckin' awesome! Can you think of a better combination than Uma Thurman as a ninja assassin. :) Damn - sexiest thing I've seen in a long time. Not to mention it stars Daryl Hannah and Lucy Liu as counter assassins. :) :)
'Scuse me while I run to the bathroom for a moment...

Remember the movie The Avengers? Only worth seeing 'cause Uma wears her skin tight avenger outfits while kicking ass. And in this film we get Uma back only in a worthwhile film. Come on - Quentin Tarantino. Holy Fuck - can this get better.

Of course it can - David Carradine is the bad guy. Whom I assume I'll get to see in the next Volume. [Checking my netflix queue for DVD release date now] Can't wait for that to arrive.

Great fight scenes with classic Kung-Fu action, awesome cinematography, classic Tarantino violence, Femme Fatales up the kazoo, and Uma. :) It just doesn't get any better than this. You've got one hell of a challenge ahead of you, Tarantino, if you expect to top this.

And you, reader, if you haven't seen this yet, get your ass down to your favorite rental joint and watch it tonight. Twice.

And the soundtrack kicks ass, too. Where does Quentin find these scores?

Quentina Tarantina says:

Yeah - but I wait for the DVD release so I can add it to the collection. The release date hasn't been posted yet. But it's definitely going to be something to look forward to. :)
